I am interested in selling Minimuhuu products in my brick-and-mortar store. How do I arrange that?Please email us:
Packages are delivered within 48-72 hours from Monday to Saturday morning,* except for national holidays.
The order shall be delivered to the address indicated on the order slip and it must be signed for upon delivery. If there is no one present to sign for the package, a note will be left at the address so that you can pick up your package at your nearest post ofce.
Packages are kept at the post office for 15 calendar days. A form of identification is required in order to receive your package. If the package is not picked up within the time frame specified by the shipper, the items shall be returned to Minimuhuu.

Upon arrival, international orders may be subject to duties, taxes and other official charges. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges related to customs clearance including duties, taxes and official charges. At MINIMUHUU we take great pride in the quality, design, fabrics, of all our products. We want you to be completely happy with your order, so if you don't love it, simply send it back, for sure we can find somme more according your taste.
Within the framework of the sale by correspondence (without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties), according to the Article L 121-20 of the French code of consumption the Customer has the right to a 14 days period to exert his right of retraction without having to pay penalties, except for the costs of returning the goods.
This period begins as from the day of reception of the goods by the Customer. items from the Minimuhuu website can be returned, except those that mention otherwise.
In accordance with the legislation governing e-commerce, return items must be intact, in perfect condition ready to be resold and in their original packaging. They must not be worn or used, nor have deteriorated in any way, no matter how small,and must be perfectly clean. Any item that is damaged, incomplete or whose original packaging has deteriorated will not be refunded nor exchanged. This is a tough question to answer as diferent fabrics have diferent qualities, and we each have individual preferences. Here’s a brief guide to give you some idea of the unique attributes of each fabric:

How do I care for my Minimuhuu products?
Duvet Cover, Sheets
All of our organic linen products are machine washable. We recommend machine washing on the gentle or delicate cycle with like colors, with cold water and a natural, plant based laundry detergent. We do not recommend using whiteners, as bleaching agents may diminish the brilliance and depth of the colors; when needed, use only non-chlorine bleach. Line dry, or tumble dry low and remove promptly. Fabric softeners and dryer sheets reduce the absorbency of textiles and are not recommended.
After removing the insert, hand or machine wash the cover in cold water on the gentle or delicate cycle. Hang dry. Not Iron.
